“The world is the toughest place I’ve ever been.”

That’s the line that Australia’s Department of Conservation and Recreation (DOC) has used to describe its top predator, the fox, and its new strategy is designed to reduce its impact on the nation’s landscape and economy.

“The world has become so much more fragmented,” DOC’s Dr Chris Jones told 7.30.

“It’s a lot more fragmented than ever before, the wildlife is fragmented.”

There’s no longer any real place to be and there’s no real place for people to live.

“The fox is Australia’s largest predator, with more than two million hectares of its range under the state’s control.

But it has become the most popular target for DOC to reduce in recent years, with foxes in the city of Sydney alone causing more than $6 million in damage to the city each year.

The state has been working to address the issue by releasing foxes into protected areas, but the new strategy has included releasing the fox into the wild, where it has already begun to expand its range.”

We know it’s going to expand,” Dr Jones said.”

If we don’t get rid of it now, we’re going to have to deal with it in the future.

“The new plan is designed as a solution to a long-standing problem, where foxes were seen as a nuisance in the Australian outback, where they were often trapped and shot.

The new strategy aims to put the fox back in the wild.”

If you have foxes that are naturally attracted to the bush, the problem is you can’t really do anything about it.””

So it’s an issue that’s been around for a long time and we’ve got a good plan.”

“If you have foxes that are naturally attracted to the bush, the problem is you can’t really do anything about it.”

But while the fox has been a problem in the bush for some time, the DOC’s plans to put foxes back in their natural habitat in the south west has not gone down well with the community.

“What I would argue is we’re not actually going to solve the problem because the foxes are just going to continue to do what they’re doing, whether that’s breeding, attacking other wildlife or even attacking people,” Dr Johnson said.’

They are going to kill the people’While the fox is the biggest predator on the Australian landscape, it is not alone in its pursuit of people.

“For me, it was the fox that started the problem,” she said.”[It] is an animal that, if we’re honest, is really bad for people, for our health, for the environment and we have to stop them.”

The plan will involve the release of foxes from state-owned lands and local council land into the open.

“All of the fox’s habitats are managed by the DOC so we can’t have fox populations out there and they are going not to breed,” Dr Jenkins said.

“We need to get them in, we need to put them in in an appropriate place.”

They’re going the right way and we need them to go to where the people are.

“The DOC’s plan will also include measures to reduce the fox population by removing its nesting sites and trapping, baiting and shooting them.”

One of the things we are saying to the fox people, if you’re going down there and you don’t want to go, we can do that,” Dr Evans said.
